Every so often in the few months me and my roommate Kyle have lived in this apartment we have heard or quickly seen a mouse running around. He never really bothered us and showed up so rarely that we didn’t really care. Well that all changed this week.
For the past few days Terrance (we decided to name him now that he’s become our nemesis) has been running around the apartment and lurking in the shadows constantly. On Wednesday he chewed up and destroyed Kyle’s guitar strap. And for the last 2 nights he’s been scurrying around under my bed while I’m trying to go to sleep.
One mouse trap is currently set up under my bed and we’re starting to set up some more around the apartment. In all likelihood he’s creeping around my kitchen watching me right now.
I swear by all that is holy, I will catch you Terrance. It’s just a matter of time.
