2012

I just got finished watching the new disaster film “2012” and figured it’s about time to share my views on the issue of the world ending on December 21, 2012.

According to the Myans (who created calendars for every year for the proceeding 5,000 years or so) the world will end on the winter solstice in the year 2012.  Most people believe this represents the “end of days” because the myan calendar stops on that exact date.  But I just think they either got really lazy and stopped or just died out before they could finish.  I mean if the myans could predict the end of the earth then why couldn’t they foresee the end of their race?

So while a lot of people really do think that 12/21/12 will be the end of the world, I’m just not buying it.  Seriously, what are the odds?  Just because a movie comes out that will prove to scare the shit out of anyone who is gullible enough to think it’s predicting the future doesn’t mean the world is ending.

All that being said, I will most likely piss myself on the night of December 20, 2012.
